▶Will my formulas, charts and conditional formatting come through?
The PDF shows the values you can see — formulas are evaluated to their results. Charts, conditional formatting colours, and complex cell formatting are simplified or not preserved. For a pixel-perfect copy, use Excel's File → Save as PDF.
▶Will column widths and merged cells be respected?
Yes — column widths set in the workbook are honored, and merged cells render as merged in the PDF.
